The woman chuckled. "Ms. Reyes, I'm sure you remember me. We met at a work dinner. I'm Harvey's sister, Jodie
Newhouse."
Lily was stunned but greeted her with a smile, "Oh... So it's Ms. Newhouse. I remember you."
"Did my brother have an outburst again?" Jodie asked.
"What?"
Lily and Maisie exchanged glances, uncertainty written on their faces.
The moment Harvey locked eyes with Jodie upon entering, Maisie noticed the upbeat man's face turn grim as he
clenched his fists.

Just as Lily was about to ask about the situation, she noticed a few medical staff following behind Jodie.
Even more confused, Lily asked, "Ms. Jodie, what's this?"
"Go away!" Harvey erupted suddenly, shouting and throwing his drawing book at them. "Get out! Get the hell out—"
"Don't do this, Harvey!" Jodie said.
Jodie signaled the doctors, and they swiftly moved forward to restrain him.
He struggled vehemently but was outnumbered, held like a fish on a chopping board. A madness- tinged shriek
escaped him.
Chaos erupted in the office.
Lily and Maisie stepped back in shock.
One of the doctors swiftly took out a syringe, rolled up his sleeves, and injected his vein.
"Ahh!" he shrieked.
Maisie shuddered, recalling her past. She also had been mad like that before, injected with a tranquilizer while
being restrained.
Lily thundered, "Ms. Newhouse, this is my office! What are you doing? Go home if you want to teach your brother a
lesson!"
"I'm so sorry, Ms. Reyes." Jodie looked at her, remaining courteous and respectful. "My brother is still in treatment.
He can't sign with your company to be your illustrator. Please forgive him!"
"What did you say? What treatment are you talking about?"

"You've witnessed it yourself. He's—"
"Jodie!" The exhausted Harvey used all his strength to speak fiercely, "You lunatic, you're out of your mind! You...
"Lily, save me! I'm not crazy! I—"
Perhaps the drug took effect before he finished speaking. He shut his eyes and fainted.
The chaos finally quieted down.
The medical staff took him out, leaving the office in disarray.
Jodie apologized again, bowing deeply before leaving. "I'm deeply sorry about the trouble we brought, Ms. Reyes. I'll
get someone to clean up."
Lily frowned, glancing at her with disdain.
Meanwhile, Maisie felt a chill in her limbs.
"Maisie?" Lily noticed her paleness. "Are you okay? You don't look very good..."
