During the waiting time, he made the call.

Just as Tyler was going to walk in, he saw a woman standing inside. The woman was soaked due to the rain, and she
looked worse for wear.
It was cold due to the rain, which caused the woman to shiver. She was going to exit the lift when the lift stopped.
