me that after I give birth, he won't bother me anymore."
Aurora found it difficult to believe that Tyler was being cooperative.
"Vicky, just take what he says with a grain of salt. Don't trust him too much," Aurora cautioned quietly.
Vicky’s brow furrowed. "Do you think he's lying to me?"
Aurora continued in a hushed tone, "I don't know if he's lying to you, but think about it. This child will be with you for
ten months. After you give birth, can you really bear to give him up? If Tyler wants to reconcile with you, you'll find
it hard to refuse if he uses the baby as an excuse, even if all he asks is for you to breastfeed the baby. With every
passing day, you'll become more attached. In the end, he'll have you under his thumb again."
Aurora sneered at Tyler's cunningness. "Now that you're
