Avery never expected Tyler to be that heartless. It was as if his mask was finally off, his true colors revealed.

down raising a baby that was not his.
She knew the negotiation outcome might not turn out the way she wanted. As much as she could not accept it, she
still knew that there was no other way than to grit her teeth and laid out her terms and conditions to him.

control. She could force him to agree to raise the baby and figure out the rest later.
What pissed her off, however...was his attitude.
"I must teach him a lesson!" snarled Avery with a scary glint in her eyes. "So that he'll know what's the outcome for
messing with the Yeagers! I'm going to make him beg me for forgiveness."
She started to imagine Tyler crawling back on his knees to her to beg for forgiveness, and she could not help but
feel
pleased with herself.
Alana nodded. "Yes, he needs to be taught a lesson and taken down from his pedestal. Otherwise, he'll never
concede!"
After they got home, they started to exaggerate how Tyler mistreated them to Vernon. They did not tell him the

happening. They wanted him to feel so tortured that he would not be able to sleep or eat.
