Chapter 1373
"I never expected the suave Mister Sparks to be a big baby who doesn't even know how to order his food." Tyler
passed the menu to Vicky. “If that's the case, we should do our best to take care of this overgrown baby. Right,
Vicky?"
Harvey was not offended at all. "I might be a big baby who doesn't know how to order my own food, but it's better
than someone who insists on keeping someone else tied to him every hour of the day. Even kindergarteners have
some time away from their mommies. I pity Vicky; she can't seem to take a breather at all."
"That's because the relationship between them is that of a mother and child, whereas Vicky and I are wife and
husband. I pity the fool who can only do some passive- aggressive things to attract attention," remarked Tyler
callously.
Vicky was so worried they would end up fighting each other that she hurriedly cut in, ''I'm just going to randomly

Functioning under the pressure, Vicky ordered two more dishes, making sure to avoid things that Harvey could not
take.
"Vicky, I'm so glad you still remember what I like to eat, even though so many years have passed," cooed the
starry-eyed Harvey after the waiter had left.
'He just doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut, huh?' grumbled Vicky, choosing to ignore his remark.
"I can just imagine you jumping out of your grave to greet Vicky whenever she goes to visit you at the cemetery,"
said Tyler indifferently.
Vicky was stumped to hear such a remark.
Harvey nodded. "Yup. I might just come back from the dead, too."
"Is that so? Is that why there are so many stories of ghost haunting going around?"
This time, instead of fighting with his fists, Tyler decided to fight Harvey with his words.
Vicky was starting to get a migraine by then, so it was a good thing the waiter came with their food.
Ah, I can finally eat in peace,' she sighed.
Suddenly, her phone rang just when she was about to finish her lunch.
She glanced at the caller ID before answering the call." What's up, Cece?"
"Vicky, are you free now?"
Vicky could tell there was something off with Cece from her voice. "What's the matter, Cece?"
"Something happened to Jennifer!"
Both Cece and Jennifer did not come to the studio that day as they had to meet some clients outside.
"Something happened to Jennifer?!" Vicky's expression changed. "Where are you girls now? I'll go there right away."
"We're at the hospital," choked Cece.
Vicky immediately got up. "Okay, don't worry. I'll be there right away."
After hanging up the phone, Vicky turned to Tyler and Harvey.

"I'll go with you," said Tyler and Harvey at the same time.
The two men exchanged cold glances.
Harvey picked up his car keys from the table. "I'll drive you two there since neither of you drove here."
As a clean freak, Tyler did not like strangers sitting in his car. Thus, Harvey was the one who drove them to the
restaurant.
Vicky did not have the luxury of weighing her options since she was in a hurry to go to the hospital.
"Okay, we'll go in your car," she said.
Tyler's eyes darkened slightly, but he did not say anything.
The three of them soon came to the hospital. Vicky could hear Jennifer sobbing her heart out from outside the ward
door.
She quickly went in. "Jennifer, are you okay?"
"Vicky..." Jennifer's eyes were red. "I just found out I've misunderstood Anthony... He was under someone else's
hypnotic control," she feebly spoke.
