confront the bodyguards. “How can you invade a private residence and search through someone else’s
home without permission!”
“I’ll search as I see fit,” Katie sneered, rolling her eyes at Auntie Gloria before turning to the bodyguards
behind her. “Why are you all just standing there? Are you waiting for me to conduct the search
personally?”
The hesitant bodyguards quickly dispersed as Katie confidently strode over and sat on the sofa. “Hey!
Do you really think you have a say here? So what if you’re the Upton family’s heiress? You can’t
compare yourself to Ms. Sheena!” Auntie Gloria fumed, pointing at Katie.
Katie’s temper flared up at Auntie Gloria’s words, and she kicked over a trash bin.
