And just when she made to push him, the door opened and Jason walked in.

Her eyes widened the more when she saw him. It was obvious he was shocked. Very shocked. He too

was also frozen to the spot and that feeling came again, that anger.

He folded his fists tightly as he watched them. Elle's senses came back and she immediately pushed

Tyson off.

"What was that for?" She yelled at him and he smiled.

"Baby, it should be nothing right, the feelings are both mutual. So what's the need. In fact be my

girlfriend! I can't wait any longer…" He smiled and held her waist while Elle's eyes remained on Jason.

For some reason, she was feeling so guilty.

"Stop it!" She snapped at Tyson and threw his hands down.

Tyson was surprised.

"But babe..' He paused when he saw looking at a direction. He turned immediately and saw his elder

brother standing there.

Tyson smirked inwardly.

"Bro, you're here.."

However Jason's gaze was fixated on Elle who returned the gaze.

"You guys are busy. It's my habit to interrupt. You can continue.." He said and then he walked away.

Elle immediately ran after him.

"Wait, Jason. I'm going to explain.." Elle blurted out without realizing what she had just said.

Tyson caught her wrist and made her face him.

"What are you going to explain to him? Hub? Isn't it obvious to him that we both love each other. You

confessed your feelings to me so I don't you should explain to him when he's not your lover or

anything.." Tyson told her and Elle forced out a smile.

Her senses just returned now.

She immediately held Tyson's hands.

"Sweetheart, I just didn't want to him to misunderstand us. You know we are both supposed to working

not romancing each other. He might think we are not serious with the work and tell your dad, your dad

might also get the wrong impression of you, I'm just looking out for you. Am I wrong?" Elle faked a sad

voice and Tyson sighed.

"So sorry, Babe. Sorry, I didn't think of that. Now I know how much you love and care for me.." He

smiled and she returned the fake smile.

"When are we going to become a real couple?" Tyson asked and Elle was tempted to roll her eyes.

She took her fingers to his lips and rubbed the lower lip seductively.

"Soon.." She whispered and his smile widened.

"I love you.." He said and hugged her, caressing her long blonde hair while Elle rolled her eyes. She felt

like punching him so hard and Jason.

Gosh! Heaven knows what he would be thing of her now! She could clearly see the hurt in his face.

She doesn't want him to get heartbroken again.

Jason got into his car and hit the sterling hard, his breathing heavy.

"Why am I so angry? It's not like she's mine anyways.." He thought and then placed his head on the

sterling.

"Asanel, I'm falling for her. I'm falling for that lady called Elle. I promised to love you only but then, my

promise is shaking just like she's shaking my heart. But I still wouldn't let her capture my whole heart.

I'll stop this feelings before it grows larger.." He told himself and hit the sterling again.

He was about to start the car when someone knocked at the car's window. He took a look and then

sighed when he saw that she was the one. He lowered the glass and faced her.

"What do you want?" He asked and she sighed.

"It's actually about what you saw. Seriously, don't believe what you saw. It was totally unexpected. I

was shocked.. " Elle said.

Jason remembered the shocked expression on her face earlier and then sighed.

"You don't have to explain to me after all I'm a nobody.." He says and then drove off.

Elle groaned inwardly.

"He has almost 30 guards stationed beside his bedroom and about 10 guards in front of the mansion.

That's pretty easy for you right. You can deal with the guys in the bedroom while I deal with those

outside.."

"What do you think?" Damien asked Elle but she didn't reply.

He looked up and saw that she was lost in thought.

"Elle, Hey.." He called but no response.

"Pretty.." He called again and tapped her lightly and she immediately jolted out of her thoughts.

"Yes.."

"What were you saying?' She asked and Damien sighed.

"What's wrong?" He asked and Elle forced out a smile.

"It's nothing. I just miss my daughter. You know it's been two months since I left her. Time really flies,

you know.." She smiled again.

"Pretty, you can deceive someone else but not me. We stayed together for seven years so I know you

in and out and right now, Kiera is not responsible for your falling out.." He said and Elle sighed.

"It's Tyson.." She said.

"Did he do something?' He asked.

"He actually kissed me.." Elle said and Damien went almost mad immediately.

He sprang up on his feet.

"What?!"

"That bastard, I'm going to teach him a lesson.." Damien said and grabbed his car keys but Elle held

him back.

"That's not the problem. I signed up for this when I started fake dating him. I knew he was bound to do

this sooner or later.."

"But still…"

"Yes, I knew that it was going to happen soon.." She said.

"I just didn't expect Jason to barge in at that moment.." She ambled and Damien dropped the keys.

"Is that why you are losing focus like this?" He asked and Elle looked up, her eyes teary.

"I just didn't expect that it would affect me like this.." She said and Damiem sighed.

One he hated the most was seeing Elle and Kiera sad. It tears his heart into pieces.

"Pretty, I don't think we will be able to go for the mission today..' He said and Elle shook her head.

hugged her tightly. She reciprocated the hug too.

"I know even if you don't tell me, I know you still love that guy, even Kiera is the proof of your love. But I

can't still help myself. I'm still hoping that maybe one day, I will have that place in your life. I will never

give up on you, Elle. I'll fight in order to protect you and Kiera even if it means risking my life. I love you

Elle. I love you very much.." Damien thought and hugged more tightly.
