Chapter 1965
Without further hesitation, the bearded man turned to a gangster beside him and said, "Call Freddy now and tell
him to send over 1.8 million dollars. M
The gangster gritted his teeth and pulled out his phone.
1.8 million was a lot.
The price Sean mentioned was far more than the loss he suffered.
Although the hotel lobby was badly damaged, repairing the place probably cost slightly over 100,000 dollars at best.
It would be 300,000 dollars at most if you include the compensation for the 20 female attendants.
Sean asked for 1.8 million, wanting to punish the gangsters.
"What's your name?"
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtSean asked, looking at the bearded man.
The bearded man looked up at Sean and replied, "My name is Joe Greyson."
"You're pretty good, Joe. Would you be interested in working for me?’
Sean asked with a smile.
Joe looked at Sean in shock as if not expecting Sean to invite him.
After a while, Joe smiled wryly and said, "I now work for Freddy. I can't quit. If I quit, Freddy will go after my family.
Besides, I'm doing fine now, so you don't have to worry about me."
"What a pity."
Sean shook his head but said nothing more.
Soon a gangster walked in from the hotel entrance with a briefcase.
He brought the 1.8 million compensation.
"Count them."
The bearded man opened the briefcase, and money appeared before everyone.
"That's not necessary."
Sean said casually and asked Zander to take the money.
"Can we leave then?"
The bearded man asked, gesturing to his subordinates to help the fallen men up.
"You'd better apologize to my attendants again. You scared them. It's inexcusable if you don't apologize, right?"
Sean said with a smile.
The bearded man took a deep breath and looked at the 20 female attendants.
The female attendants lowered their heads as if scared to make eye contact with the bearded man.
"Ladies, I'm sorry!"
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmJoe bowed once he finished speaking.
Then he looked up inquiringly at Sean to ask if that was all.
Sean looked at the gangsters with a smile and said, "I mean an apology from all of you, especially the first 30 men.
It's insincere of you to apologize alone."
The eighty or so gangsters were furious.
However, they dared not lose their temper even if they were angry. They could only hold back their anger and
apologize to the 20 female attendants in the hotel lobby.
"We're sorry!"
The gangsters' apology rendered the female attendants baffled.
However, they secretly looked at Sean, and their gazes were full of fear and respect.
Needless to say, Sean's performance today had won them over.
Sean was not only the owner of the hotel but also their boss. Besides that, he was capable and well-connected. He
had called more than 500 security guards with one call.
Such capability, influence, and wealth were not something ordinary people could achieve.
Thus, how could they not fall for Sean?
