Lee Seng and Keng stood at the edge of the God King's throne. Vox'su and Rox'su followed them to the edge. They stopped, turning to face their gods.

"So you two were… in us?" Keng asked. "I-I'm really confused on what's happening. My dream wasn't a dream? I saw what was happening to Lee Seng in real time and now… the gods almost killed us?"

"It's a lot to take in, but yes that's what happened." Rox'su nodded. He folded his arms together and looked at Lee Seng, who was lost in thought. "We need to help Hydran's people before it's too late."

"You've seen it first-hand, Keng. You should know the severity of it." Vox'su motioned. Keng nodded. The physical manifestations of the 'sickness' or 'curse' was growing. Vox'su's eyes flicked to Lee Seng. "You've already been in Limbo. It shouldn't be too hard to locate the cup."

"Just bring your friends here first." Rox'su instructed. Rox'su and Vox'su abruptly turned to look back towards the throne. "We must go. God King's calling us. Lee Seng. Keng. We'll always be on your side. Even if all the gods come fighting about your matter being broken, I'd say your comatose state is more than enough payment for what happened with the Deimon."

"Y-yeah…" Lee Seng snapped out of it and nodded. "Will we need to go through the Holy Village… or will we get… beamed?" Vox'su plunged his hand into the space and pulled a paper out.

"Use this to come back. All must be present before you burn it." Vox'su instructed. He pushed the paper into Lee Seng's hands and then turned.

"We'll await your return!" Rox'su and Vox'su waved goodbye before leaving the Fox Spirit twins on their own.

Lee Seng and Keng stepped out of the throne and appeared in the Holy Village. The skies had gone back to its darkened state. Lee Seng let out a yawn before turning to Keng. He took a moment to watch his counterpart. Lee Seng patted Keng' shoulder and smiled. Keng looked over at him and raised his eyebrows.

"Let's go." Lee Seng motioned.

The two returned to the front steps of the Temple after an hour of flight. Lee Seng and Keng didn't talk much. They kept to themselves and climbed the steps of the Temple. Keng lifted his hand, lighting the door up. The door swung open and darkness met them. Lee Seng yawned as they entered and rounded the corner to the living room. He plunged straight into the couch, closing his eyes.

"Should we even sleep?" Keng quietly asked Lee Seng. He hovered over Lee Seng.

"How am I supposed to function if I can't sleep?" Lee Seng asked, snuggling into the couch. "Just give me a couple minutes…" Keng sighed and nodded.

"Normal people need sleep." Keng reminded himself. He let out a yawn and rubbed his eyes. "I guess I should sleep, too…"

Lee Seng heavily panted as he ran down the hallway. He took a glance backwards, watching the large monster slam his hand into the wall as he turned the corner. Lee Seng whipped his head back forwards.

'Run! Run!' Lee Seng thought. The lab doors flew past as Lee Seng continued down the path. 'Run! Run!' Screams erupted as the ground shook. Lee Seng whipped his head backwards and watched the monster come closer. Lee Seng's lungs burned as his legs started to give out on him.

"RAAA!" The large meaty hand flew forward, grabbing Lee Seng and lifting him off of the ground. The meaty hand squished Lee Seng together, letting out all of his screams.

"AH!" Lee Seng sat up, quickly. Beads of sweat rolled down face as the morning sunlight greeted him. Lee Seng gasped for air, wiping off his sweat as he gathered himself.

'Just a nightmare.' Lee Seng thought. 'It's just a nightmare… It isn't real.' Lee Seng turned and set his feet on the ground. The cold stone floor greeted him as he took a moment to catch his breath. Lee Seng pushed himself up onto his feet and turned to go shower.

Lee Seng rounded the corner, not noticing anyone was up. Keng's door was closed and the extra bedrooms available were still open. One of the bathroom doors opened and out stepped Fae.

"Oh, Leader Lee Seng! What're you doing up so early?" Fae asked. Lee Seng wiped the sweat off of him and put on a fake face.

"Just got done… outside." Lee Seng lied. "Working out… outside."

"Ah!" Fae nodded. "Did you guys  get back late last night? You weren't here before so I thought I'd ask."

"Y-yeah." Lee Seng nodded. "I'm gonna soak myself for a bit. Enjoy your morning, Fae." Fae nodded.

"You, too, sir." Fae entered her room and shut the door, leaving Lee Seng alone. He let out a sigh of relief and made his way to the bathroom. He shut the door and locked it and leaned against the door for a moment.

"He's our son, Vang…!" Broodmother's voice echoed in Lee Seng's head. The screams of the monster came after and Lee Seng clutched his ears. "Don't worry about me… Worry about our son!"

'Stop.' Lee Seng thought. The screams of the monster grew loud. Flashes of tendrils plunging into the large meat arms monster appeared and Lee Seng twitched, again. 'Stop it.' The image flashed in his head and there stood Broodmother. She looked at him with a sad face.

"Stop!" Lee Seng slammed his foot onto the ground, releasing a blast of energy. The entire room shook as the door splintered. Lee Seng huffed. He turned and looked at the open doorway.

He wandered out of the bathroom and down the hallway. He found his way to the crystal room and opened it. The crystal greeted him by turning on the lights in the room as he stepped in.

"Hello, Leader Lee Seng… What can I do for you?" The Crystal asked.

"Can you replace the door I broke… in the bathroom?" Lee Seng asked.

"I can do that… Is there anything else you'd like for me to do while you're here?"

"No. T-that's it." Lee Seng turned and exited the room. His mind was in a fog. There was no telling when everything would be okay. As he traveled down the hall, Lee Seng could feel something squirming inside of him. It was the familiar feeling of the tendrils that would move when he was wearing the Dark Matter suit. Lee Seng stopped and collected himself.

'It won't hurt you. It won't.' Lee Seng told himself. He needed to keep himself together. They have to meet the gods and find the cup. Lee Seng took a couple deep breaths before making his way back to the same bathroom. He closed the door, locked it and peeled his clothes off.

He made his way over to the other end of the room and noticed there wasn't a bath tub.

"How do I…" Lee Seng whispered as a rune lit up. "Water." He read it aloud. He moved over and stepped into the circle. It lit up around him as he hit the water button and watched water fall from the ceiling.

The feeling of water calmed Lee Seng. It was the only time he felt calm. The sweaty nightmare washed off like the sweat on his body. The voices grew quiet. Lee Seng wiped his face and let out another sigh. Lee Seng shut the water off after a while and pushed his wet hair back. His eyes scanned the area for towels.

"There's no towels… How do they dry themselves?" Lee Seng whispered. He scanned the walls, noticing more runes. "Air." Lee Seng moved over and touched the rune. Air began to blow from the circle beneath Lee Seng and above. He ran his fingers through his hair and shut the air rune off.

'Nifty…' Lee Seng turned and moved to the door. 'Wait, I don't—'

"Lee." Keng's voice came from the door. "Are you in there?"

"Yea… I need clothes."  Lee Seng replied.

"Open up then."

Lee Seng unlocked the door and opened it just enough for Keng to see him. Keng lifted the clothes and handed it over to him. Lee Seng grabbed them and shut the door. He changed into the new clothes and opened the door.

"Everyone up?" Lee Seng asked.

"Just about. Gonna have breakfast and then…" Keng pulled the paper out and waved it. Lee Seng nodded.

"Breakfast is ready!" Fae shouted. Lee Seng followed Keng down the hall as Liz stepped out of her room, changed.

"Morning." Liz smiled.

"Morning." Keng waved.

"Morning." Lee Seng smiled. The three walked together as the chatter of the rest of the gang grew loud.

"C'mon, River try a bit harder!" Ritsuka chuckled. A pointy eared light blue skinned kid glanced up at Ritsuka and sighed. River stood up off the ground and moved straight for Ritsuka's neck. Ritsuka smiled and turned, raising his arm to swat the attack. Ritsuka swung his free hand straight for River's chest.

River's form glowed brightly as his elbow flew straight down to block the attack. The intense pressure sent Ritsuka downwards as River went straight for the killing blow. Golden energy wrapped around River's entire body, stopping the hit. Ritsuka's eyes grew wide as he was pulled backwards with silver energy.

"I told you to not provoke Riv, Ritsuka. Riv's trained with the Sky Tribes of the Jungle. He knows when to be a killa." Keng chuckled.

"Leaders." River gasped in surprise. "I-I… uh…"

"Calm down, River." Keng waved as the silver and gold energy faded away. Lee Seng shook his head as River stood up. Ritsuka and Manny stared bug eyed at River.

"You should teach me a couple of those moves, River." Lee Seng smiled. He moved over as River instantly froze.

"L-Leader! Uh…" River stuttered. He quickly bowed and looked at Keng. "I'm gonna go to the library now!" River turned and ran as Lee Seng and Keng chuckled.

"Riv, it's breakfast time though!" Fae shouted.
