The children Rory had brought Skylar in the past were always in varying states of fear-they

One of the children mustered the courage to ask Skylar. "Sir, what happened to him?"
"The cultivation method I passed to him was too strong, and it knocked him out. He'll be
fine in a bit," Skylar said with a smile.
Skylar could hardly care if the children knew the truth. That was just the easiest to do
things-ignorance was bliss. 1
The children let out sighs of relief. So, the kid fainted because the force was too strong for
him.
Then, Skylar turned to wave at another one of the children. "Your turn!"
The child rushed forward, scrambling to sit down obediently before Skylar even had to say
anything.
Skylar did not waste another moment. He channeled his fiend soul and began to suck the
spirit out of the child.
Thud, thud...
Two minutes later, Skylar had sucked ten of the children's spirits. All ten of them had
collapsed to the floor lifelessly. Their bodies lay there unmoving.
