“If Darryl is here, we won’t have to worry about it.” Dax mumbled anxiously, “But he had to go look for Debra. We have
no idea where he is, and no one could locate him.”
‘Yup!’
Everyone nodded silently.
Darryl would probably have a solution. After all, he had successfully repelled the North Moana Army in South Cloud

Everyone was flustered because they could not reach Darryl.
“Mrs. Carter!”
Chester looked at Susan and said warmly, “You’ve worked really hard commanding the armies and haven’t rested well in
the past two days. Now that Yang Jian is quiet, why don’t you go and take a rest? We will not let our guards down while
defending Mid City.”
Chester was an observant and caring man. However, he could not bear looking at Susan, who was tired of holding out
against the difficult situation.
Everyone else also agreed with him.
“Yes, Mrs. Carter, go and rest.”
“Leave Mid City to us.”
“That’s right; you are our backbone since Darryl is not here. So don’t get yourself burned out.”
Everyone expressed their concern and care. Susan, though a woman, had proven her exceptional leadership in leading
the group to hold out against the attack from the North Moana Army.
“Very well.”
Susan smiled faintly after she heard their suggestions and nodded. She was very moved. “Then I will go and take a rest.
Thank you for taking care of our defense.”
Then, Susan slowly walked out of the hall and disappeared from everyone’s sight.
Susan exhaled deeply at the backyard; she felt worn out. Even though she was tough, she was a woman nonetheless. It
was an arduous and demanding responsibility to be in charge of defending Mid City.
