After holding out his hand, he began transmitting his vital energy towards it. A clutter of mist emanated out and wafted above his palm before gradually forming into a golden, shiny vital energy sword. At first the sword was small and bleary as if it was a fragile newborn animal. Then, after a little while, it started producing huge tongues of flame. Because of that, the temperature of the sword skyrocketed so much that it warmed up the entire area. After a few moments, the flames faded away and revealed a tangible blazing vital energy sword that looked sharp enough to pierce through anything.

In order to not make any kind of contact with the vital energy sword, Austin used his perception to control it. Skillfully, he pointed the sword to the jade and ordered it to cut through it.

In an instant, the sword moved towards the jade at the speed of light and cut through its edge without making the slightest sound.

With a soft 'puff', the edge that was cut off of the jade fell to the ground.

Where the edge was cut, a small hole appeared. Peeping into the hole, Austin was overjoyed to find out indeed, there was something inside the jade, and it might be the essence that they had been looking for. A stream of white mist wafted out of the hole. Along with it ca lovely fragrance that spread in the air around until flowed into their noses.

They then lowered their heads in order to study the jade a bit closer. Once again, to Austin's surprise, the jade was not solid inside like the usual jades he had seen. It was also containing sfluid whose color and smell really resembled milk. There was no doubt that the fluid was the Earthly Mother Essence that they had been looking for, and to top it off, the jade was almost full to the brim! Everyone's excitement was palpable.

"It is indeed the Earthly Mother Essence! And there's so many of it in there! Oh buddy, you really lucked out today! This Earthly Mother Essence is really precious and hard to get! Obtaining a tiny drop of it is already way beyond fortunate, but to get a jade full of it? Absolutely bonkers!" the gnexclaimed in awe and undeniable joy.

Austin was pleased as well. His eyes glinted with glee as he stared at the Earthly Mother Essene with fascination.

"Well, upon hearing what you said, | do feel that | am very, very lucky," Austin said, grinning sheepishly.

With that, he drew the jade close to his face gingerly and inhaled the white mist that floated out and around it deeply.

Instantly, the scent of the essence flowed into his body and he felt a distinct, formidable vital energy swirl rose up inside him. He felt that it gave him so much strength and energy all at once.

Now that he had known and had personally felt the way the Earthly Mother Essence made the circulation of the vital energy inside his body to be at such an impressive speed, Austin could not help but feel an extrsense of gratitude for the magical effect the essence had just granted him. Like what the gnhad told him, the Earthly Mother Essence was indeed a priceless treasure that anyone would be willing to risk everything to lay hands on it.

Also, upon realizing the mighty effect of the essence to anyone who had it, Austin becmore careful than ever. Speeding up his vital energy circulation was his number one priority at the moment, and just so luckily, he was able to lay his hands on the only essence that would help him boost them to insane levels.

Quickly, he took out his jade bottles and began pouring the Earthly Mother Essence ever so slowly into them. As he did that, he did not even blink for the fear that a tiny drop would be wasted.

In the end, he had gotten eight bottles full of Earthly Mother Essence.

After Austin had finished emptying the jade, the gnasked him, "Buddy, you now have the essence that would greatly improve your cultivation. The jade seems unimportant to you. Would you be so kind to give it to me?" It seemed that the gnome's interest laid on the crystal jade instead of the miraculous Earthly Mother Essence that was inside of it.

It went without saying that Austin would give the jade to him. Austin didn't have the slightest bit of hesitation. The Earthly Mother Essence was all he needed, and the only way he got it was through the help of the gnome.

He felt that he was deeply indebted to him, and giving him the jade container was the least thing that he could do.

Even if the gnhad asked to keep all the Earthly Mother Essence to himself, Austin would not be able to refuse him because after all, it was because of the gnthat he was able to discover the essence in the first place. Austin had never been someone who was mean or greedy who would want to take everything for himself.

After taking the jade that Austin handed over to him, the gnlooked at the jade lovingly for a moment. And like a child who was granted a delicious fruit candy, he stuck his tongue out and licked the stone.

Then, within a span of a few seconds, he suddenly tossed the jade into his mouth and started chewing it with relish. The sound of his teeth cutting the jade was so clear and tempting that Austin and Violet started imagining the jade to be skind of a delicious food. After enjoying the jade, the gnlet out a satisfied burp.

"Not bad! It was really yummy! The jade really nurtured the Earthly Mother Essence, so it goes without saying that it is a condensed essence of earth and mountain, which happen to be my favorite flavor!" said the gnavidly, happiness still evident in his voice. The look on his face was more precious, however - he looked like he just had the best meal in his life! Austin and Violet, both burst into laughter as they watched the gnlicking his lips in a funny, comical manner.
