Arthur was the last person | expected to see in a dungeon where Pison's rejected concubines are kept for his

warriors' amusement.

Arthur moved closer, and squatted. He released a deep sigh before he cupped my face in his hands. | moved my

face away, but he pulled it back and forcedto stay still even as | struggled. "You should relax," Arthur said

firmly.

| rolled my eyes at him and spat on the floor in disgust.

"To hell with you." | said.

Arthur's eyes thinned as he glared at me. He said nothing for a few moments before he finally stood up and

walked to the side.

There was a short knock on the door, and Arthur answered.

The door opened and smaids entered. Arthur quietly excused himself as he allowed the women to clean me

up.

The maids worked fast. And when they were done, they haddressed in a beautiful blue dinner gown, and

| had no idea what | looked like, as the women didn't bother to putin front of a mirror, but from the

"Where are you takingto?" | asked when the ladies gestured forto follow them

"To dinner with Lord Arthur." One of the maids answered.

| didn't feel like dining with Arthur, however at the mention of dinner, my stomach growled in hunger and my

face heated from embarrassment.

various delicacies.

The sweet aroma of delicious food passed through my nose and my stomach growled once again.

care about how Arthur looked at me.
