mind. Then, he nodded and responded in a magnetic voice, "Okay. By the way, I still have some business to attend
to in my office. So, see you, Miss Anderson."
The man's words left Nicole stunned as she couldn't help but give him a strange look. Wait, what? So, he is going to

walked out of the room, leaving her behind. It was then that Nicole finally heaved a sigh of relief because the man's

Nicole responded with a smirk and looked back at Evelyn as she challenged her. "Oh, really? Why should I listen to
you?" Although she was reluctant to get too close to Colton, she didn't like anyone to threaten or force her into
doing that.
After hearing Nicole's response, Evelyn angrily clenched her fists and gritted her teeth. "That's funny of you to ask!
Your parents hit and killed Collie's grandmother on the road! After committing a crime, they escaped, thinking they
could get away with it. Where is your sense of shame, Nicole? Won't you feel ashamed staying by Collie's side?"
