“Should we consider blocking her career in the entertainment world?” Brogan asked.
Corey stroked his beard thoughtfully. “You think | haven't thought of that? But if she’s set on not coming back,
shutting down her entertainment career won’t do much. She’s capable of succeeding at anything she chooses.
You just don’t understand her. That girl may look cheerful, but she’s as stubborn as they come. Once her mind is
made up, even eight tanks wouldn't drag her back.”
Brogan frowned. Losing to her was one thing, but as a soldier, seeing such raw talent go to waste truly pained
him. “How about this? I'll talk to her myself.”
Corey shrugged. “Sure, but don’t mentionor say | was here. Pretend you found her talent on your own, Leave
Brogan nodded. Then, after a moment's thought, he asked, “What about her academic performance at school?”
Corey replied, “Perfect scores across the board.”
Brogan swore that even if he had to threaten her, he would bring Olivia back to the military academy.
After the sparring match, the students returned to rest and prepared for dinner.
Just as Olivia finished freshening up and was about to join Whitney and the others for food, a military instructor
approached and invited her to an office.
