[[#Poisonouslotus: I clicked on the live room without reading as soon as I heard the word 'Yang' from a few guys nearby *blink, blink* No sex tape this time? Come on Yangs, you can do better than this. I already cancelled my p*rn site subscription. T_T]]

'...'

He Yuan calmly looked down to the other comments.

[[#ComradeInArms: Yang Xue can absorb the magnetic energy?! As someone whose job is to probe newly discovered Planets, this mandron is now my favourite person.

#BingYu: So the news about Yang Xue being involved with/seducing the General was, in fact, fake? I feel relief washing through my soul as I type.

#ILoveGeneralDing: @BingYu A lot was spoken and that was your problem?

#Axryl: I had been discussing with my elder cousin about how Mrs. Xia's expression didn't seem right back when she wanted to 'tell the secret' during the first press conference. It turns out that she was unwilling to ruin the mandron's reputation but had no choice but to do it for his own safety. Respect to Mrs. Xia.

#BaoBao'sMummy: You could see the pain in her eyes as she talks about the young lad. Who cares if he's a mandron? A true mother wouldn't care about such things and that's what Xia Yueyu was to Yang Xue. Even more of a family than his own real family!

#User73j84i: The Yang family disgusts me at this point. (Excluding Yang Xue of course).

#Suibian: I always wondered why Yang Xue was so silent when that 'seducing the general' news came out. It turns out he was aware that they were doing it for his safety! My admiration for the Ding family has grown to a new height!

#Layla: Sending Mrs. Xia my support! Imagine going through all that stress and reputation damage just to have the mandron abducted in the end? I'm a mother myself and I feel just how much pain Mrs. Xia must be going through. I can never imaging losing someone I consider my own.

#PopcornEnthusiast: Yang Xue is over there being of real help to the society while the other Yangs are out here putting both the p*rn industry and the mafia to shame at the same time. Tsk.

#YourInfoGuy: Who says mandrons are useless? They've never met Yang Xue, I assure you. I researched about him and I was genuinely impressed.

-A thread-

The young mandron had been a soldier in the Third army of the Twelve-army Coalition! Not just that, he was the first mandron ever to join the army and achieve the rank of Private First Class! He had also accompanied General Ding into the cave of the Second Xor Queen alongside Lieutenant Jin! Did anyone know this?

I certainly did not! Why wasn't this news broadcasted in the entire Federation Network?! It's too bad that he lost a limb in that battle and had been living under the grid since. That's an unsung hero right there! It was rumoured that he had undergone prosthetic limb surgery but no one knows if it was successful or not. It's been four months now. It would take six months of absence to be automatically discharged from the army.

There's still two more months left. Hopefully he doesn't leave and the Twelve-army Coalition would keep him. Keeping my fingers crossed. Whew! My fingers ache from writing so many words. T_T

#Waves: @YourInfoGuy I had been going through the comments for a while now, hoping for someone to throw some light on the mandron's identity. You're an unsung hero. OTZ

He Yuan looked away from his bracelet once more and turned to his system. Both men locked eyes and equally mischievous smiles slowly spread across their lips.

The press conference was of course, a huge success and every single citizen from the different Planets of the Plexar Federation were pressuring the Government and Twelve-army Coalition to take action.

The Third Marshal's office was riddled with communication requests from the other Eleven Marshals, Government officials and some top figures in the Plexar Federation. Not surprising as every single person was curious about the unexpected information that was released during the press conference.

The Third Marshal had been confused about the sudden influx of requests but when he finally heard of what his son and daughter-in-law had done back on Earth, he had no choice but to swallow his complaints and deal with the issue at hand first.

The Second Marshal and Jin were over in the Second army base Planet. The two had left Earth after Jin Yusheng's press conference as the pressure from reporters and citizens alike had been too much to deal with. Currently, both grandfather and granddaughter had twin looks of surprise on their face as they'd just finished watching the live press conference.

Jin Qi smiled triumphantly. "I knew there was something off about Yang Xue!"

The Second Marshal nodded. "It's quite a shocking fact but if Ding Weimin's magnetic energy problem could be easily solve then..."

Jin Qi's triumphant smile morphed into one of satisfaction as she completed her grandfather's words, "...I don't necessarily have to break off my engagement with him."

"It is a good thing we were patient. Take the next Spaceship back to Earth." The Second Marshal paused before adding, "If possible, use this chance to develop a good relationship with that mandron. His ability is really too useful."

Jin Qi froze. Develop a good relationship with Yang Xue? How was that even possible? It wasn't as if she'd hidden herself when she pushed him and left him to die back at the Xor Queen cave. The mandron was fully aware that she hated him!

All kinds of thoughts ran through Jin Qi's head but her face remained the same. She offered her grandfather a smile as she slowly said, "Sure...." Her left eye twitched. "I'll go make preparations right away."

Over at Jin Yusheng's vacation property, Yang Teng also saw the press conference and a strange expression settled on his face. His father had found a way to contact him two days ago, asking him to get Jin Yusheng to help out with the drug case.

Yang Zhi had even gone as far as to declare that he would give Yang Teng all the support the young man needed as long as Jin Yusheng lent a helping hand to him and his daughters.

Yang Teng had only remained silent. He didn't even dare promise his father anything. How could he? He wasn't even sure of his place in Jin Yusheng's life. Besides, Jin Yusheng had been the one to land Yang Xiang in jail in the first place.

He felt so torn and everything just worsened when his father told him of the deal that he'd made with the Dings. Deep down, he had felt a little bit of disatisfaction. If only Yang Xue had gone over to the Ding family in the first place, Yang Liu wouldn't have had no choice but to go on his behalf and she wouldn't be in this state.

"What are you thinking?"

Yang Teng looked up to see Jin Yusheng walk into the room. He shook his head. "Nothing."

Jin Yusheng raised a brow.

Yang Teng licked his lips. "The thing is...." He went on to explain what he'd heard from Yang Zhi. He ommitted his father's absurd request of course.

Jin Yusheng frowned at the end of everything. Comparing all he'd just heard to the words of Mr. and Mrs. Ding during the press conference, what exactly was the truth? If Yang Xue was truly working with the Dings, why would he refuse to go to the Ding home? At the end, he merely shrugged. It wasn't much of his business anyways but... He walked closer to Yang Teng. "Why exactly are you unhappy?"

Yang Teng hesitated for a moment before saying, "If Yang Xue had gone over in the first place then..." His voice trailed at the end.

Jin Yusheng blinked in surprise. "Are you... listening to yourself?" He pinched Yang Teng's chin and tilted the man's face upwards. "I can turn a blind eye to everything but I refuse to let you be stupid.

-Did Yang Xue force your father and sisters to commit crimes? Was he even present when the crimes were committed?"

Yang Teng shook his head stiffly.

"Did Yang Xue force Yang Liu to disguise as himself and run over to the Ding family like a dog on hormones?"

Yang Teng shook his head again.

"Then why is it his responsibility to clean up their messes? Judging from all you've said, it's obvious that he holds some kind of grudge against the Ding family. Why should he swallow his pride and bow his head just because a couple of his family members decided to be fools?"

Yang Teng frowned. "But in the end... we're still his family?"

Jin Yusheng lowered his head and laughed out of pure shock. "The sense of entitlement you all have towards Yang Xue's decision in life is purely amazing. You all expect him to put you first at any moment in time. Why? For what reason? You claim to be his family now but what exactly do you know about the mandron?"

Yang Teng opened his mouth and closed it a few times before blushing in shame.

Jin Yusheng continued, "You only acknowledge him when there is something you need but otherwise, you completely ignore him. Tell me, why should he help any of you?

-You should all be grateful that he is a mandron with a naturally mild disposition. Left to me, I would burn the entire Yang family and use the flames to keep myself warm."

Yang Teng flinched in shock. He stared at Jin Yusheng's cold expression with fear in his eyes and gulped slowly. "Do... D-do you hate me?"

Jin Yusheng raised a brow. "Why should I? I'm not Yang Xue, you haven't wronged me." He slowly stroked Yang Teng's lip with his thumb. "Should the thought to wrong me ever cross your mind, do well to keep in mind that I'm not a mild tempered mandron. I'm vengeful and I'm petty."

Yang Teng's heart skipped a beat. Whether a good skip or a bad skip wasn't particularly clear. He ended up nodding slowly.

----------------------------------

A day after the press conference, the Entire Federation Network was full of random sightings of mandrons that people claimed were 'Yang Xue.' He Yuan, on the other hand, packed up his bags and left Cladis. Since the check-in process was done via a scanning machine, it was easy for him to disguise himself.

He'd booked his return ticket the same day he booked his travel ticket so before any Spaceship worker would remember, he must have already reached Earth. The reason for this was to avoid being intercepted by an unknown party on the way. Things would naturally be different once he reached Earth.

A full day later, the Spaceship finally arrived at the dock on Earth, He Yuan got off the Spaceship with the other passengers but instead of leaving the dock like all others. He took off his disguise and began walking around the dock, practically begging to be recognized.

888 chuckled softly as he witnessed his host casually walking around like he owned the dock.

He Yuan yawned and stretched and jogged. Where were all the people who had been crying wolf and claiming to spot him on the Federation Network? He was right here and ready to be spotted!

In actuality, he had a good reason for doing this. By now, the government had most definitely traced his whereabouts. He didn't want anyone taking him away secretly. Yes he was still worried about that even though he would never say it out loud.

The best way to avoid this was to let the people keep track of him themselves and also destroy the high expectations of Yang Xue's genes that the Ding family had created before anyone got to him.

Soon enough, 'Yang Xue' was recognized and people began flocking towards He Yuan and secretly recording him to post on the Federation Network.

He Yuan, being the 'professional' that he was, stood at one spot, drew his luggage close to his side and fiddled with his bracelet like he was in the middle of a very important conversation.

A convoy belonging to the Ding family, a convoy belonging to the Government and a huge number of reporters and nosy citizens all arrived at Spaceship at the same time. The reporters and citizens had the least amount of shame so they pushed through both Convoys and rushed towards He Yuan.

The man of the moment, He Yuan, stared at the large number of people moving towards him and clenched his luggage tightly with an exasperated sigh. "Ah.. the life of a celebrity.."

888 facepalmed. He was truly done with his host.
