Chapter 1580 Don't Contact Me
After breakfast, Byron drove the three little ones to the kindergarten while Rosalie headed to the research institute.
"Dr. Jacobs, has Lancer Corporation not answered us yet?"
Linda waited before her office early in the morning.
Rosalie's steps froze upon hearing the name Lancer Corporation. She suppressed the emotion in her and said,
"Maybe it will take some time for them to reply. Why? Is there any problem with the manufacturing factory?"
Linda looked helpless. "The last batch of medicinal materials finished yesterday. Now the production line is forced to
stop. The person in charge even contacted me to discuss the temporary compensation for stopping the
production."
She had not slept all night because of this matter.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtRosalie frowned and realized the matter was getting serious. She could not drag it on anymore.
"I know. How much do they want? You agree to their conditions first and I'll settle this matter as soon as possible."
Then, she strode back to her office.
Xander was the second person on her phone dial history.
Rosalie clenched her teeth and dialed his number.
However, the person on the other end of the call rejected it.
Then, a merciless message came in.
[Miss Jacobs, before you think about changing the price back to how it was, don’t contact me. If you've already
considered it, call my number again.]
Rosalie's heart sank upon seeing that message. She had no choice but to put the phone aside and pull up her list of
contacts. She flipped through the pages of suppliers she had never contacted.
When she flipped through the contacts, she was pondering.
When she first met Xander, she had never thought the gentleman would become someone who only cared about
benefits.
Their vision of this drug was already different, and Rosalie felt they might not be able to cooperate anymore.
Rosalie had realized the reality. Thus, she took her phone and dialed the number of the medicinal material
suppliers.
However, after making a few calls, Rosalie failed to find a supplier she was satisfied with.
Linda's voice came from the door. "Dr. Jacobs, the factory wants us to pay 145,000 dollars in compensation."
Rosalie felt sorry for the money, but she could only agree to it for now.
Then, she put down the phone and headed out of the office. She said to Linda, "Contact all the research teams'
leaders. Tell them to attend the meeting in the conference room now."
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmLinda agreed and contacted the leaders immediately.
Ten minutes later, every one of them arrived.
"I think you know the research institute is in trouble, and I'm sure you know about the details."
Rosalie looked at everyone seriously. Her voice sounded gentle but stern at the same time. "Does any of you have
any suggestions for the new supplier?"
The leaders looked at each other.
Someone spoke out what was in their mind, "Dr. Jacobs, I don't understand why Lancer Corporation suddenly
stopped supplying us with medicinal materials. Haven't we been cooperating well?"
Facing the doubt, Rosalie looked troubled but chose to be frank. "Our vision is different from Lancer Corporation,
and it broke the cooperation. Now, we have to get a new medical material supplier."
Everyone looked at each other, and their doubtful gazes focused on
Rosalie.
