Back to the Villa, Scarlett felt utterly exhausted.
She could not explain her weariness, perhaps she was overwhelmed by those frequent and annoying encounters with Raymond recently.
"Hilla, get the bath ready for me." Scarlett felt that her head still spun a little because of the alcohol, and she sat down trying to get sober for a while before she asked Hilla to put the water into the bath.
When she was about to close her eyes for a nap, the screen of her phone lit up. She turned her head slightly and saw from the corner of her eyes that there was a message from Antony.
Raising her eyebrow, Scarlett read the message and answered, "Just got back." Antony's next message cvery quickly, "Want any midnight snacks?" To be honest, Scarlett barely ate anything tonight because she felt fed up by the public display of affection she saw.

"How about a free hdelivery service from me?" Reading this reply, Scarlett was a bit surprised." Alright, then there is no reason that I should starve myself." Antony texted back saying with an emoji, "I will be there in thirty minutes, Madam." Seeing that Antony called her Madam, Scarlett could not help but smile, "Good." Antony sent another emoji, but this tScarlett did not answer him.
She put down her phone, and suddenly realized that she had not got changed. The dress she had been wearing was wonderful, but had also given her a tough tsince it was too tight-fitting.
This meant that she could not eat too much, in case her stomach burst and spoiled the dress.
Still feeling tired, she decided that she would take a bath before Antony got here.
But before she could blow-dry her hair, the doorbell rang.
Turning off her hair drier, Scarlett went downstairs to open the door while putting on a coat on her way.
She could not believe that the first day of the year was such a cold day, like it was a hint that this year would not be a good one.
The warmth and coziness of her house were blown away once she opened the door, and Scarlett shuddered in the cold air at once.
This time, unlike before, she did not wait and just went to open the door in a trot.
Before Antony entered the house, the smell of barbecue did.
Scarlett looked down at the food in Antony's hand in anticipation, "It smells yummy." "The most popular midnight snack in the world. Do you like it?" Scarlett turned around and took him into the room," Anything will do for me." After Antony got in, Scarlett gave him a pair of slippers, and went to the kitchen to get plates and forks.

It was hard to keep the takeaway food warm in the winter, and it was harder when the food was the barbecue, without any soup.
To make sure that Scarlett could get the best food, Antony asked the barbecue to be wrapped up in tinfoil, and changed the to-go box into one that could preserve the heat.
Thanks to his consideration, the food didn't get any colder after being in the cold for nearly twenty minutes.
The barbecue had been well-arranged on the plates when Scarlett cback with the dessert. When welcomed by the good smell, she swallowed, "You know, | have not eaten barbecue for a long time." "I was worrying that you don’t like this kind of food." Antony said with a smile and took the dessert over.
"I like all the delicious food." Then Scarlett put the coffee pot next to Antony, "Help yourself to scoffee. Just make yourself at home." She then poured herself a cup of coffee, took a sip, and enjoyed the barbecue almost right after she said to Antony, "Since you have prepared it for me, obedience is better than politeness." "There is no need to stand on ceremony," Antony responded.
In fact, Scarlett didn't intend to be a stickler for manners in front of him at all. She ate the snacks in small bites without even looking up at him again.
But after finishing the first dish, she suddenly remembered something, "I've got sfruit-flavored beer in the fridge, would you like some?" Antony shook his head, "I'm not very fond of alcohol of any kind."
