Yara flopped onto the couch like she owned the place. | sat down next to her. "Those guys outside were probably

"Yeah, figured. Hayden will take care of them, and help you get Jace back," Yara said, making my brow furrow.

| smiled tight, nodding as she fluffed a pillow.
"You know, girls don't need to hold back or force themselves to be polite. If you don't like someone, you don't
have to compliment them."
| got what she meant-she probably thought | didn't like her.
But | didn't care. Even if she was with Hayden, | wasn't mad at her. My frustration was with him, not her.
